Phil Bolton
MA (Cantab.), ACA, CEC
Biography
Phil Bolton was born and raised in Bradford, West Yorkshire. He received an MA(Hons) Cantab from
Cambridge University. He worked for 10 years at Deloitte & Touche as a forensic accountant in their London
and San Francisco offices. During this time he managed teams undertaking fraud investigations on behalf of
multinational clients. He qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and
Wales.
Subsequently, Phil was an in-house coach for Deloitte, specialising in helping professionals step into leadership He delivered one-on-one and group coaching to hundreds of professionals. Phil also developed and facilitated development programs designed to teach sustainable skills. Phil received coaching certification through iPEC, the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching. He has taken advanced coach training through New Ventures West. Phil is also certified in Mediation and Conflict Resolution by UC Berkeley. He is qualified to facilitate the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTi) and the Lominger Leadership Architect. Phil is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the American Management Association.

Outside of work, Phil’s other passions include being an avid runner. He is proud to have completed two marathons. He is also a hack golfer. His main delight is spending time with family and friends.

Sara B. Frederick
BA, CEC
Sara B Frederick received a BA from Harvard in East Asian Studies. She worked at the American investment
bank Goldman Sachs in their Tokyo, Hong Kong, and New York offices. She received coaching certification
through iPEC, the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching. Sara is a member of the International
Coaching Federation (ICF) and the National Association for Women Business Owners (NAWBO).
Sara was a Teaching Fellow for the Positive Psychology course at Harvard for Spring 2008. Sara specialises in
